French term or phrase: sains á tort
I'm translating a guide on how to select sampling methods for internal audits (my head hurts), and the expression "sain á tort" is used frequently, as is "dossiers sains" etc. Here is some context:

Exemple : on souhaite évaluer le montant cumulé des encours des clients classés sains à tort => l’attribut sondé est « classé sain à tort », et le facteur de pondération utilisé sera l’encours de chaque client.

I have found the expressions "healthy credit and bad credit", but I'm not sure if this applies to files or clients too. I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

Explanation:
Could it be that the clients are wrongly (à tort) classified as creditworthy? We also refer to a "clean credit record" in English, if that helps any.
