This comes up a lot in a doc concerning issue of equity warrants and I'm not 100% sure that just "exercise" is really right.
.eg: "...les droits d'exercice des XXX (initials of company share category) seront accelerés de façon à ce que tout titualire puisse exercer la totalité de ses XXX non encore exercables ....."
".... décide que les XXX pourront être exercés par leur titulaire selon le calendrier suivant...."
"... précise que, pour qu'un XXX soit valablement exercé ...
