This just isn't clear to me:

All shares in a company are going to be transferred. I can understand that the Transferee is going to replace the Transferors in the bank guarantees that already exist but then I get blocked. Is it just that the guarantees with the change of name will remain instead of a new guarantee or cancellation of the guarantee by the Bank?
