***I am re-posting this question as I received no answers earlier***

This appears in a Bank's General Terms and Conditions related to a money transfer service (using SWIFT) involving a Forwarding Bank and an Executing Bank.

The term is included in the definition of the Forwarding Bank:

It also has its own clause in the Definitions section:

Thank you in advance for your help.

to be executed by another bank / forwarded order
Explanation:
Orders (requests for transfers) that are NOT à exécution déplacée are simply those that involve no forwarding and are executed by the bank that receives them.

The Swift rules & regs don't actually use the qualifier "forwarded" preceding "request" or "order", but they do use the verb to the same effect.

Of course, if you plug the second suggested term into the definition given, that definition becomes rather tautological. :-)
