French term or phrase: régularisation des titres
This is in the general terms and conditions of a bank in Luxembourg. The article under the title explains what "régularisation" is, but how should I translate it? "Adjustment" doesn't sound right to me.

Article 78: Régularisation des titres
78.1. L’établissement bancaire se charge de toutes régularisations de titres tant au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg qu'à l'étranger. La régularisation des titres comprend entre autres le renouvellement des feuilles de coupons, les échanges, les estampillages et toutes opérations analogues. Toutefois l’établissement bancaire n'assume la mission de surveillance qu'à titre accessoire, celle-ci incombant en principal au client.

disagree  Rob Grayson: This is not an English expression. Searching Google brings up three hits, two of which are on a Portgueuse website translated into English.

adjustment

Explanation:
I think adjustment is correct. It is the term I use. I'll try to find references. Sometimes 'régularisation' can be accruals but I think adjutment is better here.

In Ménard's Dictionnaire de la Comptabilité et de la Gestion financière, I find 'adjustment', adjusting entry' and for régularisations in the plural, accruals.

Adjustment/régularisation is defined as:

Comptabilité générale. Chnagement apporté au solde d'un compte au moyen d'une écriture de régularisation, généralement en fin d'exercice, en vue de miexu déterminer les produits et les charges, d'une part, et la valeur attribuée aux correspondants de l'actif et du passif, d'autre part.

It doesn't mention if it can include the other services.
