That sounds reasonable, and sufficiently broad. However, I do get more than 4 million google hits for "adjustment of securities" but I didn't wade through to see if the details of the contexts are similar.

Just thinking aloud here. Joe is right that "régularisation" often has the sense of "adjustment". However, it seems to me that "adjustment of securities" just doesn't work in English.

Looking at the list of what is covered by this service/department/team ("renouvellement des feuilles de coupons, les échanges, les estampillages et toutes opérations analogues"), it seems to me that these are all what would often be referred to as securities administration activities/services.

It appears that this service includes what is called "verification of financial instruments," but also includes services a bit beyond that.
