Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Payslip
French term or phrase: Ch. patronales
This is the heading of column on a payslip from Morocco.
Other column headings are Libelle (Salaire, CNSS allocations familiales, etc.), Nbres ou base, Taux, Gains and Retenues.
I have a feeling I'm missing something that should be obvious here, but nevertheless I can't work out what the 'Ch.' stands for.

Can anyone enlighten me please?

Employer's contributions
Explanation:
"Ch." is "charges". This is almost certainly referring to employer's social security contributions.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Of course! I knew it should have been obvious and I thought it would amount to 'Employer's contributions', but the 'ch.' didn't strike with me. Can't believe it. Thanks Rob!
