It could appear that in this context, "OC" means "obligation convertible", ie "convertible bond"...

neutral  joehlindsay: This could very well be 'convertible bond', but of course the abbreviation in English would be CB. That abbreviation is, however not widely used, if you decide it is convertible bond. I strongly urge you to post more context.

Explanation:
Could you post more context? "OC" can mean 'opération controllée" indicating a loan made at arm's length, but more context is necessary to be sure. It could very well be 'convertible bond' also, which is probably the most common use of the abbreviation.

You can probably clear this up by posting a whole sentence or other context.
