Turn it round. They're just comparing open positions to the margins posted as collateral for them.

Not all collateral is margin, so 'margin collateral' is actually not redundant. Generally, though, you will see one or the other word but not both. You could use either here.

Can't say I've ever seen 'margé' in this context, but 'marger' is a verb in French, and it isn't surprising to see it used for margining in the financial sense.
