"En conséquence, il paiera au bénéficiaire dans un délai de 3 jours ouvrés et à première demande de celui-ci un montant, à concurrence d'une somme maximum de (- Montant maximum en Chiffres __________-) Euros ((- Montant maximum en lettres __________-) Euros) représentant 10% du montant du Prix du Contrat, sans pouvoir lui demander d’autre justification que celles mentionnées dans la présente et sans pouvoir lui opposer de motif, notamment de son *chef* ou de celui du donneur d’ordre.
