In disagreement with AllegroTrans. In fact the construction of the sentence in French means that there is ONE SINGLE register for "Commerce " and "Crédit Mobilier " at the Greffe du Tribunal…
I suggest the following
Registered under N° 87.R.41 with the Trade and Movable Credit roll of the Registry of the Court of First Instance of YAOUNDE
Movable credit does not satisfy me at 100% Mobilier is opposite to Immobilier which is "real estate".
