French term or phrase: cessions en cours
The company has been divesting itself of some assets if that helps.

English translation:Current transfers/divestments or Transfers/divestments in progress
Explanation:
If this is about divesting of company assets then current transfers/divestments or transfers/divestments in progress would both be right. Best out of two, probably Current transfers/divestments

current divestments/transfers

Explanation:
Assuming that the visual shows which companies have which positions on the market, and that the data fed into process of making the visual assumes that all projects that are in the process of changing hands will in fact change hands as expected, and that these changes are reflected in the graph ...

and I'd think choose whatever word (divestments/sales/transfers) has been used in the text.

pending disposals

Explanation:
If the transfer is in progress, it hasn't been completed and is *pending*.

"Divestment" (or "divestiture") may not be inaccurate, but the more common and more blandly neutral term for the opposite of a corporate acquisition is "disposal". (divest = "rid oneself of" qqch).

Notes to answerer
Asker: thank you for your input. I share your reservations about 'current' but also feel that 'pending' could imply doubt about whether they go ahead (as in 'patents pending')
