In order to provide useful suggestions, conetxt is required. Our suggestions without sufficent context can be anything from the truly sublime to the purely ridiculous. I am capable of both! ;-)

Also, looks like a typo has crept in there. I cannot see how "gestion" can be plural here.

Targetted questions get targetted answers, so perhaps read on a little further andsee how your understanding blossoms.

I think IanDhu's second suggestion could be correct, but we don't have enough context. What do the other boxes say? What is the "financial management job"?
Also, it's not a good idea to fire off KudoZ questions when you've only just started the job (let alone tell us!).

Net assets under active equities management. "Active management" is a management style. For a definition, see e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_management. The variations in number look like scribal slips, even though I suspect that, errors aside, "gestions" could refer to "funds", so that an alternative rendering could be "Net assets in actively-managed equities funds", with the above-referenced definition still holding true.
Perhaps, in line with Philgoddard's suggestion, it would be an idea to set out the table headings here in order, since it's only one table, and if there aren't too many of them.
