French to English translations [PRO]

I have hunted around and presume it means Actions à/en Bons de Souscription as timidly suggested by someone on Proz but trawling the web has come up with no authoritative translation. Is there anyone out there in the know? Here is the context:

These are similar to mortgage-backed securities. In this context I'm assuming it's talking about masking debt levels through complex and opaque tradeable debt instruments hence CDS (Credit Default Swaps). Hope that helps. |
