French term or phrase: FR.P.NET.BEN

Does anyone know what this abbreviation would be - I imagine FR. is "frais" but can't work out what the rest would be. It is on a bank debit advice following indication of the amount transferred, the transferee, beneficiary bank, commission charged then FR.P.NET.BEN.

Bank transfers involving a fee usually specify whether this is going to be paid by the transferee or the beneficiary - so it seems likely in this case that your P stands for 'payable'.
