Un fonds nourricier est un fonds dont l'orientation de gestion est d'être investi à 100% dans un autre fonds, qualifié de maître. Cette technique permet de concentrer, au niveau du maître, la gestion des actifs et donc de la rendre plus efficace et moins coûteuse, tout en diversifiant et en adaptant la politique de commercialisation, au travers des nourriciers.
