Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / debt recovery
French term or phrase: VARLIBRE2
I am unsure how to translate the above phrase taken from the text below. I understand that VAR = Value at risk but am not sure if I'm on the right lines here. Any suggestions would be welcomed.Thanks in advance :-)

Nous vous proposons de déposer une requête d’ordonnance d’injonction de payer afin de garantir votre créance par un titre exécutoire et de diligenter une exécution forcée par mandat d’Huissier de Justice dès son obtention.

Le coût de cette procédure est de 30,00 «VARLIBRE2» HT, dont facture vous sera dressée à réception de votre accord.

Explanation:
When I saw the question in the list, I thought "that should be an IT question, surely, because it means variable libre 2".
And I see that Mr Sirett agrees with this point of view.
I further agree with him that it seems likely that it will be used to hold a value for the currency.
That said, it seems slightly odd to charge 30.00 of whatever the local unit of currency is, wherever in world it may be (think Turkey before revaluation recently) so perhaps not...

As for \"translating\" it - I don\'t bother - it\'s a variable name in an IT system.
