Explanation:
First of all, I would like to say that I agree with sktrans's answer and that this has to be to do with product development.... however (and this is just an idea), I wondered whether 'dvp' here might go further than just development and actually be referring to something a lot more technical, like 'dynamic virtual prototyping'. I know this can be applied to all sorts of products...and possibly even to food products at a certain level...so here is just an idea for possible further research. I am not sure that 'dvp' is a very common abbreviation for 'development' (I stand corrected, but I think 'dvlp' would be more usual).
