Tech/Engineering - Food & Dairy | | French term or phrase: diagramme meunier | This refers to a well known cereals analysis tool (in the industry at any rate) for bread making. It tells you 1) what proportions to use, 2) length of kneading time, baking time, etc. The latest version of the software offers "amélioration du **diagramme meunier**"
