French term or phrase: galet de froid

I think this is referring to something like the plastic block filled with blue liquid that you find in the freezer compartment of a fridge, but I'm not sure what that is called, in any case.
Context:
'Voiture : en plein été, le coffre de la voiture n'est pas le meilleur endroit pour laisser des denrées périssables, sauf si vous prenez soin de les mettre dès l'achat dans des sacs isothermes (avec des galets de froid).'
