French to English translations [PRO] Food & Dairy | | French term or phrase: fondeur | This is a text about a company that makes processed cheese foods.
It is an interview with various company employees about what makes the company great.
In this case, a "fondeur" is a person not a machine (I've found lots of "cheese melters" that are machines on the web, but no people). The context doesn't provide any more info than that.
Can anybody tell me what this person is called in English? |
