This is from a website about pre-sliced and frozen cheese products which are mainy used by the catering profession.

"Savez-vous que 75% des chefs utilisent du chèvre dans leur recette ? XXX propose des chèvre au lard en frais et en IQF en format 25g et 15g. Ces produits se réchauffent 8 minutes à la poêle à feu moyen, sans décongélation préalable et conserve une excellente tenue à la cuisson. Le palet 25g est idéal en entrée, en salade ou en cœur de repas."

agree  Tony M: Though I'd prefer to say 'at the heart of the meal' — it may not be the primary ingredient of the dish, but this means simply that it is an integral part of a (main) dish, rather than being served as 'just' a cheese course.
