Section on Fruit and vegetables listing the constraints in the production line

importante saisonnalité, fragilité des produits, taux de l’hydrométrie de stockage, promiscuité incompatible pour certaines familles de produits, températures contrôlées.

I know that it means that some vegetables/fruit cannot be allowed to come into contact with others, but that's a hell of a mouthful.
Any ideas for a neat way of saying this?
