As a child, in MY soup, when I knew the above singer as Shirley Temper, I used to enjoy the alphabet variety of these patinettes:

Actually, it was as "Charlie Temper" that she was known to me as a child.
"Jambon blanc frites", "stea(c)k hâché frites", and "pizza margarita", which would suggest this is a children's menu? Aubergine confite is the intrus, though!
I do wonder whether the document has been converted from a pdf and something has gone awry. Nothing to do with a restaurant in LA!! A Shirley Temple salad sounds absolutely delightful... The link from Roy seems the most plausible - I think it must be a pasta salad.

In retrospect, I think I should have posted "animal-shaped pasta"; I may have been overly influenced by the "Shirley Temple" entry and the cute song. ;-)
