I have Googled this product to see what it looks like, but I have no idea how to describe it in English. It's from a document marketing a particular bakery's products.

gougeres
Explanation:
quiches, crepes, croissants, madeleines, gougeres (with or without the accent)

NY Times: A gougere, a kind of cheese puff, is a classic that has been bolstered with hot red pepper. Sauteed spinach with blue goat cheese, caramelized onions and currants amounts to a piquant rethinking of creamed spinach.
