Carolle must be a typo.
Corolle would make more sense. "in the shape of a corolla".

Thanks, I used the trusty old "italics + gloss" routine. Hard to get a snappy translation. BTW I used simply "small box" for "ballotin", not ideal, but the "least worst" solution.

Explanation:
I would guess that it's a tin (i.e. a pre-packed box), as opposed to the carboard assortment pack in your previous question.

I haven't found any references to it on the web, though, so maybe you should check with the customer that it's not a typo or patented item...

agree Tony M: Yes, I suspect this is one of those round boxes that have a plastic tray inside to display the chocloates nicely in one or more concentric rings; thereby making them look more, too, of course! Often used for flat, round sweets like mints, etc.
