Does the "directe" have any signification?

Sorry, it's really not my field, doing a job as a favour.

Explanation:
As per Emma's answer, T is earthed (grounded in US English).

The directe is "dedicated" here. Those sockets are dedicated to the purpose listed and will be on their own circuits with their own circuit breakers.
