Mouldings is too specific here. These would be classed as 'moulures', as Vicky pointed out. Using borders would imply that the decoration was round the edge or along the top of the furniture. Quite often though, nursery furniture contains decorative elements on the flat panels. The use of borders may also lead to confusion with wall paper borders.
I'd thought of mouldings too, but the company in question tends to use "moulures" for this. I don't have any photos, but I do have a few basic diagrams, and they really are pretty standard - nothing fancy. I really am stumped on this one.

Asker: Thanks, this fits well with the rest of the description, which includes how designs are screen printed onto various panels. I couldn't see past the word "cadre"!
The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to.
The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability.
