French to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Furniture / Household Appliances / Cleaning products/tools
French term or phrase: raclette/aspirateur
This is a term from a table that provides instructions to a cleaning firm on how to go about cleaning various parts of a building. After scrubbing the floors, they have to:

"Eliminer l’eau avec raclette/aspirateur"

What would we call this in (UK) English? I'm guessing a "suction squeegee", but can anyone confirm this, please? As we're talking about cleaning floors, I imagine it's a squeegee tool on a long handle - could this be right?

Many thanks in advance!

agree  xxxBourth: Yes, I think it's two different things, not a combination machine. Squeegee the water into pools, then suck it up.

adding "industrial" brings up the same type of images as the French term but may not be necessary at all as context will assume this is a larger version!
