Rang de Naissance: 3ème GESTE
I was assuming that the client was the third child born in Conakry that day, but what is the "GESTE" part? |

Sorry, I had no more space to add a note to fourth's answer!

I'm not familiar with the situation in Guinea, but I have come across a few other cases where 'geste' is recorded to identify the order of births within a family.
The usual English expression would be first-born, second-born, third-born, etc.
The purpose of this information depends on the country (it can affect inheritances, etc.); some countries include still-births in the sequence, others do not.
