| XXX contributes real added value wherever it is involved/operates
Explanation: 'involved' is a bit weak, but I feel better than 'intervene' in English; depending on WHAT kind of work XXX does, a more 'work-specific' word might be suitable.
'an added value' is too French, this is one case where I believe it's better to drop the article in English
Depending on the exact context, it may not be necessary to render the French 'niveau' — unless this service is clearly provided on different 'levels' or 'tiers'; but I suspect this might be more along the lines of 'au niveau de...'; and as for 'chaque', unless there is again a clear indication of this having a very literal meaning, I'd suggest the use of '-ever' to convey the same idea.
Just a few musings from my dusty keyboard....

| XXX provides real added value throughout all levels of its involvement/contributes real....see bel.
Explanation: "levels" may mean "wherever it is involved" but if this is a re-engineering or other process, there are real "steps" or "levels" you could even say "throughout the ** process."
If the "levels" is a reference to everything they have done for their customers:
"XXX contributes real added value to every endeavour/undertaking"
