and to enable this platform to take advantage of this / it
Explanation:
Eager to avoid falling into the obvious trap of 'bénéficier' automatically = 'benefit', and noting in particular that this is preceded by « le comité intranet s'est réuni afin de ... », I think it is very important to note the important nuance of meaning conveyed by 'faire bénéficier', and that little 'en', referring back obviously to 'ressenti'.

I'm not happy that my suggestion really stands up well to drop right into the sentence structure as it stands, but I hope it highlights some of the issues I feel are important here; I would urge you to consider the sentence as a whole and rephrase appropriately.

'benefit' might work if you were to use, for example, 'feedback'

neutral  Tony M: Isn't that rather missing out the idea of the 'en', and also, the use of 'faire...'? / I'm afraid it's not at all "implied", and while avoiding literal, I do think there is an important nuance of meaning it is vital to convey.

-> Thanks both to Tony and Chris."Faire" is obviously implied in my translation proposal. Very often French is more flowery than English and translating literally would not have appeared natural.

neutral  chris collister: Tony is (of course) correct. Quite an obvious piège though...
