Explanation:
La côte des Somalis is an Ancient French colony and is nowadays calles Djibouti (Africa)

Côte des Somalis

Explanation:
referring to the former French colony, it should not be translated "Côte française des Somalis"
As a geographic term, the Somalias or the Somalian coast would be a better solution.
