The Corniche in Al Khobar is one of the most-visited tourist attractions in Saudi Arabia. Located in the city of Al Khobar, the Corniche promises its visitors a special communion with nature.

Al Khobar, one of the busiest tourist destinations in Saudi Arabia, was initially a small port on the Persian Gulf.The Corniche at Al Khobar was specially created to beautify the seashore and add to the natural magnificence of the city. It is basically a stretch that marks out the border of the mainland from the water line.

I would just say "Corniche" as that's the way it's referred to in the tourist blurb I've come across so far ....
