French term or phrase: mobiliser les parties prenantes autour de projets pertinents
Les gouvernements souhaitent mobiliser les parties prenantes autour de projets pertinents au développement durable de nos sociétés et prometteurs pour les partenaires canadiens et européens.

So far I have:
With the launch of the Forum Canada-UE sur l’innovation, the Quebec and Ontario governments wish to mobilize stakeholders to focus on our societies’ and promoters’ relevant sustainable development projects.

but where does the part "for Canadian and European partners" go?

I think I might not be connecting the source sentence the right way - any input will be much appreciated!

get parties/stakeholders involved in projects related to...
Explanation:
I think you're going to have to fiddle around with the sentence a bit.

I'd go with something like:
"The governments would like to get parties [or stakeholders if you'd prefer] involved in projects related to sustainable development which are promising for both Canadian and European partners."

Good luck,
Jocelyne

Sandra's "of benefit for" is better than my "promising".
