I translated it as "copying workshops", but am not at all sure if it is the term to be used in this context. What is the best way to say it? |

'They' are not obliged to write "scriptorium" in French because another accepted term, "atelier de copie", is available in French. I'm not sure that another satisfactory term is available in English. |
