Concerns entertainment presented by 18th century re-creationists "Les Menus Plaisirs." The context is:
"...propose: animation musicale, des bons de loteries sont à gagner avec notre Casanova avec à la clé des lots (jeux de cartes, **plume de faisan**, dragées, civette…)
I know it means Pheasant feather, but is it a game? Is there an English equivalent?

neutral  Ysabel812: It depends whether you're talking about a quill used for writing, or a decorative feather: pheasant feathers were used in the 18th century/are still used today as costume decoration
