Talking about how the 3rd Spahi Brigade was formed:

...par regroupement du 2e Régiment de Spahis Algériens (2e RSA) venant de l’Oranais algérien (PC à Tlemcen) et du 2e Régiment de Spahis Marocains (2e RSM) venant du Sud Marocain (PC à Marrakech).

All I can think of is "poste de commande" but I´m not nearly sure enough.
