French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - History / 19th century legal document
French term or phrase: avec la ral comprise
This is from a 19th century legal document (inventory) from Quebec, handwritten so I'm not certain that 'ral' is correct. The phrase is used in connection with estimators valuing goods & property: '... qui vont priser le tout en leur ame et conscience à l'entière et juste valeur eu egard au tems présens avec la ral comprise ou quart en sus ....'
I'd be grateful for any suggestions!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for the suggestion - as far as the handwriting goes you could be right, but it doesn't seem to fit in the context. I've had to admit defeat on this one!
