The real difficulty is knowing what "aide" means in your context - is is some sort of financial aid/benefit/allowance, or it is in fact the services of a home help to one of the company's relocated employees? I would epxect financial assistance to be more common. I have benfitted form this myslef in the past. Never the less, I still have a problem with that reading of your text as it includes "un service" d'aide.... That in itself would suggest that the meaning is home help. Common sense tells me that you need to ask your client for clarification. He will understand your request with regards to what what is after all an ambiguous point - no?
