| Passeport ADE please see explanation Explanation: A person holding a "passeport APE" can be hired by an employer who in turn will recieve state subsidies/state aid. I hope this information, though in French, will be helpful. "Le décret APE (aide promotion à l'emploi) permet à des employeurs de bénéficier de subsides pour l'engagement de la personne. Ces subsides sont calculés par point. C'est pourquoi, l'employeur demande au futur travailleur d'aller chercher un passeport APE au forem pour connaître le nombre de point donné au travailleur par le forem en fonction de son diplôme, des jours de chomage,...
