French term or phrase: "relevant du statut collectif"
This is from an article on a company that was sentenced by a court to translate a certain number of documents pertaining to employees (their work contracts, the personnel policy, software directions, etc) into French as everything previously had been in English. One of the documents to be translated is:

"le règlement intérieur et les notes de service relevant du statut collectif."

relevant to the collective status

As CMJ Trans suggests, this may refer to the "convention collective", a collective agreement laid down (sometimes on a national level) for the profession in question through a negotiation between the representatives of employers and the syndicates who represent the employees. As I see it, the court would therefore be asking for translations of the documents concerning the individual company policy but also company memorandums relating to this general document.

Alternatively, the "collectif" may simply refer to the employees of the company.

In any case, a word-for-word translation seems to fit. Perhaps the rest of the text will give you clues to the nature of this "statut collectif".

Best of luck!

Sorry, that should be "memoranda"... Je perds mon latin. :-)
