French term or phrase: dédramatiser
Also from a text on how to hire and deal with Generation Y employees. It discusses going out to meet them on their territory, meeting them on their level, etc. This section deals with presenting your company and how to interact with prospective employees.

Il faut aussi être très clair sur « qui on est » de manière basique, à travers 3 ou 4 phrases maximum, pouvoir définir ce qui fait le corps de l’entreprise qui veut recruter.
Ensuite, il faut créer une connivence, ne pas être dans une démarche académique ou hiérarchie.
En même temps qu’on **dédramatise**, il faut être capable de faire un show, de montrer que notre offre est finalement un assez bon spectacle avec des règles, bien conçu, qui peut être limité en nombre d’acteurs mais qui en tous cas est très bien écrit.
