Could it be that the original (from which the source text has been prepared) was translated from English (perhaps some software programme or similar) and that, perhaps, this apparent abbreviation was left as in the original?

hmmmm .... the sentence from the source text really doesn't give any clues as to what 'ACC' might mean. I'm inclined to think my 'shot in the dark' missed by a mile, though!
