French term or phrase: intégration de nouveaux talents
Here is some HR speak (I haven't found a satisfactory response in the glossaries here).
This company's HR manager is talking about initiating new employees:

Thanks!

adaptation (programme)

Explanation:
I think this is essentially what it's talking about. Conversationally this would simply be "helping the new employees fit in" or "ensuring employees blend in [seamlessly]", but as a policy I think that adaptation fits better.

New talents integration

Explanation:
"Intégration" = assimilation of a newcomer in a group. Most often, this is quite a long lasting process.

"Induction" = introducing new employees. This process should give the individual confidence and acceptance on one's job as well as establish an easy working relationship with other colleagues. It may be relatively brief.

"Talents": see the Gospel of Matthew (Parable of the Talents).

induction of new staff

Explanation:
Only medium confidence level because of "talents", which doesn't appear in your quotation. One could say "induction of new talent" in English, but it would have a slightly arch tone.
