Règles appliquées sur les périodes
Les périodes d’activité décrivent les différentes situations administratives du salarié au cours de la même période de référence de la déclaration.
Les périodes d’inactivité décrivent les différentes situations d’inactivité du salarié (maladie, maternité…).
Toutes les périodes d’inactivité doivent être déclarées, quelle que soit leur durée.
Indiquer en **saisie hors paie** le code motif d’inactivité, la période d’inactivité (dates de début et de fin), le nombre de jours (calendaires ou ouvrés) ou d’heures d’inactivité, le montant versé par l’employeur sur la période d’inactivité. |
