I am translating a company moduel where this word has came up. It is related to HR and their policies.

More text:- La gestion de carrière des sièges de Branche réalisera la saisie de l’ensemble des mouvements des TGI dans YYYY(embauche, mobilité, sortie), quelle que soit leur société d’affectation et ce, y compris pour les TGI purs (recrutés sur le marché) - ce dernier point ayant été partagé post atelier avec RCD.

I have no clue how it will be translted:-TGI and RCD. Any help will be highly appreciated.
