French term or phrase: accueil nouvel arrivant
According to contract specifications, at the start of the contract, the contractor will be awarded 1,000 points. If it fails to do certain things, 50 points will be deducted for each breach and the contractor will be required to pay a penalty on the basis of the points balance once all things have been taken into consideration. One of the things for which the contractor may be penalised is "Travail d'un intervenant avant d'avoir recu l'accueil nouvel arrivant". Apologies if I have posted this question in the wrong field but I'm really not sure whether it's specific to the industry or not or whether it's specific only to my client and I should ask him to confirm what it is.
