Employee benefits scheme.
The cohabitant (concubin) may also be eligible for benefits provided he/she submits a "certificat de vie maritale" issued by the Mairie. Elsewhere they mention "certificate de concubinage notoire" - does anyone know this as well?

Here (France) the official name is \'certificat de concubinage\'.

It depends on countries -
for instance I find this for Colorado :
\"There is no official Certificate of Common Law Marriage. \"
http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/hs/vrfaqs.html

The fact that it is written that there is none probably implies that it exists in some other places

\"The person who wishes to establish an incontrovertible record of a valid common law
marriage should make sure \"

\"Examples include, but are not limited to, the following: certificate of common law
marriage, birth certificate, valid medical support order, proof of dependency \"
