Traven insurance, US English needed. This is one of the things that is not covered :

"2. Les accidents de fumeurs, ainsi que les dommages causés aux objets tombés ou jetés dans un foyer ou les brûlures occasionnées par un excès de chaleur sans embrasement.
3. Les pertes et dommages causés par usure normale, vétusté, vice propre de la chose."

I checked on Google for "Smokers' accidents" and the Swiss company Winterthur uses it, but the document it is in looks like a translation from the French. "Damage caused by smokers" maybe?
