From an insurance policy. I'm not sure how to translate the phrase between asterisks:

agree  Koen Roelens: Surprisingly low cofidence level. It's the correct interpretation of the French phrase. // (not the most common use of acquis: "ce droit lui est acquis">"he has that right, he's entitled to it")
